Former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris are set to meet in Philadelphia at 9 p.m. tonight for their only scheduled debate before the Nov. 5 election.

Where is it: The National Constitution Center in Philadelphia
Who is moderating: ABC’s David Muir and Linsey Davis.
What are the ground rules: There is no audience. Microphones will be muted when the opposing candidate is speaking. No notes. No props. No opening statements. Harris will be on the right on viewers’ screens, while Trump is on the left.
What Michigan issues might arise: Plenty.
Among others, President Joe Biden’s incentives to transition the auto industry to EVs is a talking point among Trump and Republicans. Republicans and Trump also have criticized Michigan’s subsidy of the massive Gotion battery plant plan near Big Rapids because of its ties to China.
