Who in Our Michigan Delegation can actual tell us what a Bump Stock Is? And What a Bump Stock actually Does?

I noticed the special interest (NRA) donations listed. Is the reader to assume that special interest groups that DO support gun control DID NOT donate to any MI politicians??
