CIty High/Middle School is a magnet school for academically talented students, with competitive admission based on tests. Nothing wrong with that--it's proof that public schools can serve a wide range of students. BUT--suggesting that City High/Middle's success is based on their "vision" rather than their admission policy is disengenuous, to say the least.
